RETURN POLICY
You may return most undamaged items purchased at Guilbeaux Fine Jewelry within 20 days of the original delivery. Unless the product is defective or the return is a direct result of our error, a restocking fee of 20 percent may be added. No returns will be accepted after 20 days. We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 7 days of receiving the returned item.
